EM ensure active soil life and high soil fertility and create optimal conditions for all plants to develop vitally and vigorously. Together with the existing soil organisms, they convert the existing or simultaneously added organic material into nutrients that are available to plants. The rotten is supported without allowing rotting processes; existing nutrients are retained and are supplemented with vitamins, trace elements and antioxidants through the metabolic activity of the EM. Previously fixed nutrients are mobilized and available to plants.
 
Fertilizer costs can be reduced through better nutrient availability.
